Nigel Jeffries, CEO
Nigel has had a long history with QV and RP Data. He was the founding General Manager of QV Online in 1998 and founding CEO of RPNZ in 2001. Nigel has spent two years as the leader of RP Data. With 25 years experience in the property and information market Nigel has an in-depth understanding of the current and future business requirements. Nigel's background and experience in the property, technology, and information markets and with QV and RP Data make him well placed to lead the new team at PropetyIQ.
Nigel is results driven with a focus on new initiatives for PropertyIQ and growth for customers, shareholders, and other stakeholders. A big supporter of high performance teamwork Nigel ensures the PropertyIQ team is full of passionate people with high levels of expertise that enjoy their contribution to the company and team.
Steve Langridge, General Manager, Sales and Marketing
Previously Steve was a General Manager at QV for six years, guiding their online business through a period of substantial growth. Steve has 22 years experience in marketing and sales management roles in New Zealand and offshore. His specialist focus is Direct Marketing and more recently e-commerce environment. Both of these disciplines enable a true results focus - a passion Steve brings to both PropertyIQ and its clients.
Steve guides the sales and marketing activity across the PropertyIQ business.
John McKenzie, General Manager, Property Professionals
On 5 January 2011 John McKenzie commenced as General Manager of our Property Professionals segment. John has been with PropertyIQ since 2004 in an account management role. Prior to joining PopertyIQ, John led Deloitte Consulting's outsourcing business before becoming part of the property industry originally as a Real Estate Salesperson. John is an experienced and accomplished business professional and brings with him a passion and dedication to real estate and a detailed, strategic and can-do way of working.
John manages the sales team who support the property professionals sector.
Jonno Ingerson, Research Director
Jonno joined PropertyIQ from his role at QV where he developed a strong understanding of the property information market in New Zealand. Jonno's background is in statistical analysis, IT, and data driven marketing solutions. From working at companies like Telecom and Datamine, Jonno understands the benefits that accurate data and integrated business solutions can deliver to customers.
Jonno coordinates the research and media activities across PropertyIQ.
Manoj Gohil, Finance Manager
Manoj is Certified Public Accountant qualified and joins PropertyIQ after more than 15 years experience working in Chartered Accounting firms in the health sector and in commercial roles both internationally and in New Zealand. Manoj's broad experience and strong analytical skills will add value to PropertyIQ in developing customer solutions.
Manoj will be managing all areas of the finance function.
